What is a Short Address

To comply with Saudi customs regulations and ensure smooth delivery, you must provide your Short Address in your shipping information.

The Short Address is an official address format issued by Saudi Post (SPL) and consists of 4 letters followed by 4 numbers (for example: ABCD1234).

⚠️ Shipments without a valid Short Address may be delayed, returned, or rejected by customs. Please note that your long address cannot be used alone for clearance after the above date. We kindly ask you to provide the corresponding Short Address for your location.

How to get your Short Address:

    Contact Saudi Post (SPL) via WhatsApp, send your location, and they will provide your Short Address.
