Returns & Exchanges

- OLD ORDER accepts returns or exchanges of OLD ORDER products eligible to return within 7 calendar days of receipt of the products.

- Non-quality issues need to bear their own shipping costs.

- To receive a different product or the same product in a different color/size instead, please return your product for a refund, then place a new order online.

- The returned product must be in the exact same condition as the product sold. No labels can be removed privately, and the customer should submit both the original box of the product and all accessories and gifts inside when returning it.

- Returns or exchanges of incomplete, altered, worn, damaged, soiled products will not be accepted by OLD ORDER and will be returned to you.

-In the event of a refund for malicious returns (same reason for defect, same product photo, and discrepancy between the returned product and the product sent from the warehouse), OLD ORDER will process an exception for the recipient, shipping address, shipping email and account ID of such orders.

-Because the shoebox is not the main body of the goods, OLD ORDER does not bear shipping costs for the return of signed orders for damaged shoeboxes.

-The return address will be provided by email after the application is submitted.

Due to limited available quantities, we can only offer a return for items that are received damaged.

Once your damaged product return is received and inspected, we will notify you if your return is accepted or declined. 

Items must be unused, in their original condition with tags attached.

How do I cancel/modify an order?

  • Once the order is successfully placed on the OLD ORDER official website, the recipient's information can not be modified after shipment. Also, our goal is to get your order shipped as quickly as possible.

 

  • Therefore, if you want to cancel the order before it is shipped, please send an email to info@old-order.com to apply for cancellation.

 

  • It should be noted that cancellation of the order is not supported after the order has been shipped.

 

How will I be notified that an item is back in stock?

  • You can subscribe to our email list to be notified by email when we restock for the first time. The subscribe button is located at the bottom of our official website. Or you can follow us @oldorder_official on Instagram for more info.

 

How to take care of my shoes?

  • Please clean and maintain according to different materials and crafts.
  • We recommend using a clean, soft white damp cotton cloth or a soft brush to wipe the upper. Never scrub with a brush, soak in water or wash in a washing machine. This can cause damage or color mixing to the shoe, and may cause the sole to come off.

 

Can I exchange an item if it is unsuitable?

  • Items cannot be exchanged but can be returned.
  • If the product is returned as an OLD ORDER return product and is eligible for a refund, you will receive a full refund and you can select to reorder the appropriate item.

 

There seems to be a fault with my product?

  • Due to different manufacturing processes, there may be glue overflow, natural wrinkles, thread ends, non-complete symmetry and other phenomena that do not affect the normal wearing function, which is a normal phenomenon. This is the normal production process after vulcanization, and it is not a quality problem.
