ย Returns & Exchanges
- OLD ORDERย accepts returns or exchanges of OLD ORDERย products eligible to return within 14 calendar days of receipt of the products.
- Non-quality issues need to bear their own shipping costs.
- To receive a different product or the same product in a different color/size instead, please return your product for a refund, then place a new order online.
- The returned product must be in the exact same condition as the product sold. No labels can be removed privately, and the customer should submit both the original box of the product and all accessories and gifts inside when returning it.
- Returns or exchanges of incomplete, altered, worn, damaged, soiled products will not be accepted by OLD ORDERย and will be returned to you.
-In the event of a refund for malicious returns (same reason for defect, same product photo, and discrepancy between the returned product and the product sent from the warehouse), OLD ORDERย will process an exception for the recipient, shipping address, shipping email and account ID of such orders.
-Because the shoebox is not the main body of the goods, OLD ORDERย does not bear shipping costs for the return of signed orders for damaged shoeboxes.
-The return address will be provided by email after the application is submitted.
